Our Blaufränkisch shows the complexity of the Central Burgenland soils. He brings clay and lime - and thus depth and delicacy - into the glass. We harvest this Blaufränkisch from around 20 plots, whose vines are between five and 35 years old.
Sour cherries, black olives and lots of dark berries. Very fresh on the palate and encouraging to drink. Lots of fruit, racy acidity, very cool mouth full of spicy tannins
